Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship within Europe.

What is the delivery time?

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 4 to 7 working days.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped with PostNL.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the type of product ordered. Letterbox packages and regular parcels have different rates. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

What are the conditions for returns?

Items may be tried on but must not be worn. Returned products must be unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original labels and invoice included.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return has been delivered to us, it will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. The exact timing depends on your bank.

Exchanges

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

No. If you would like a different size, please return the item first and place a new order.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after being placed.

Can I change my shipping details after ordering?

Yes. Changes to shipping details are possible within 1 hour after placing your order. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

Products & Availability

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Most collections are limited. Once an item is sold out, it may not return. Restocks happen occasionally but are not guaranteed. For updates, we recommend following our social channels.

Custom AR-Tee Orders

Can custom-made items be returned?

No. Custom-made items cannot be returned, including additional pieces ordered after the final design has been approved.

How does the custom design process work?

Customers receive two design revisions before the final design is approved. After approval, the design is fixed and production begins.

How long does a custom order take?

The first design is delivered within one week. Each revision takes approximately two working days.

What if my custom product arrives damaged?

If a custom product arrives damaged due to production or shipping issues, you will receive a replacement. Damage caused by wearing or washing is excluded.
