Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the AR-T Streetwear website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

AR-T Streetwear reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

2. Products and Availability

All products offered on the website are subject to availability. Collections are produced in limited quantities unless stated otherwise. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or print may occur due to screen settings or production processes.

3. Custom-Made Products

Custom-made products are created specifically for the customer based on personal input.

Customers are entitled to two design revisions before the final design is approved.
Once the final design is approved, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, including additional units ordered after design approval.

If a custom-made product arrives damaged due to production or shipping errors, AR-T Streetwear will provide a replacement. Damage caused by wearing, washing, or improper use is excluded.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods are:

iDEAL
Credit card
PayPal

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are currently shipped within Europe. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product type and availability.

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 working days
Shipping carrier: PostNL
Shipping costs vary based on the type of shipment.
Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link. AR-T Streetwear is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Order Changes and Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified within one hour after being placed. Requests must be submitted as soon as possible via email or contact form.

After this time, orders are considered final and may no longer be changed or cancelled.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may return non-custom products within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return conditions:

Items may be tried on but must not be worn
Items must be unwashed and undamaged
Original labels and invoice must be included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once a return is received and approved, it will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. Refunds are issued within 1 to 2 working days after approval, depending on the customer’s bank.

8. Exchanges

AR-T Streetwear does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of AR-T Streetwear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Liability

AR-T Streetwear is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of its products or website. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

11. Force Majeure

AR-T Streetwear is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
