Return Policy
At AR-T Streetwear, we aim to provide clear and fair return conditions. Please read the information below carefully before returning an item.
Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The return period starts on the day the order is delivered to you.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
- Items may be tried on but must not be worn
- Items must be unwashed and undamaged
- Original labels must still be attached
- The original invoice must be included with the return
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products are not eligible for return. This includes Custom AR-Tees and any additional items ordered after a custom design has been approved.
Once a custom design is finalized and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. AR-T Streetwear does not provide return shipping labels. The return address will be shared with you by email once your return request has been approved.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as AR-T Streetwear is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Processing Your Return
Once your return has been delivered to us, it will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.
After approval:
- Refunds are issued within 1 to 2 working days
- The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider
Refunds are always made using the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order through the website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In case of production or shipping errors, we will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement.
Damage caused by wearing, washing, or improper use is excluded.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be requested through your customer account before sending anything back.
- Log in to your customer account using the email address you used at checkout
- Open the order you wish to return
- Submit a return request and select a reason for the return
- Wait for confirmation by email
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email containing the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.
